- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

- If you need to update your address after ordering, contact us immediately. We can only modify addresses before the order has been shipped.
- We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
